Here you will find important information regarding fees and payment.

The team registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
Participant fees must be paid no later than June 1.
International payments is made to Fryshuset’s account:

Please state the team name and registration ID as the payment reference.

Team Fees:

  • Team fee for teams with Cup Package A, B, or C: SEK 2500 per team

Cup CARD A – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: SEK 1875 per participant
Includes:

  • Two nights in a hotel
  • 6 meals:
    • Friday: Dinner
    • Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Sunday: Breakfast and lunch

Cup CARD B – SCHOOL ACCOMMODATION (HARD FLOOR): SEK 1350 per participant
Includes:

  • Two nights in school accommodation (hard floor)
  • 6 meals:
    • Friday: Dinner
    • Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Sunday: Breakfast and lunch

Refund Policy:
All teams are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Registration fee: cancellation no later than June 1, 2026. If cancelled after May 1, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • Participant fees (cup packages): cancellation no later than July 1, 2026.

Walkover (No-show):
If a team fails to show up for a match, the present team wins 20–0.
An administrative fee of SEK 3000 will be charged to the team that fails to appear.
